RESSER operates its own 24-hour call center without having to triangulate the response service through external persons, companies or associations. We offer direct personalized support to our customers in case of emergencies and we coordinate the response operatives together with local, state and federal authorities. Thanks to this infrastructure and to our pre-established protocols, insurance companies have been our main customers and allies since our foundation.
